Kashfbank collects limited data necessary to operate the service: your email address when you register, the PDF files you upload, and the transaction data extracted from them. We do not collect any additional personal information.
PDF files are uploaded to encrypted servers and processed by AI models to extract transaction data. Files are deleted immediately after processing completes. We do not retain your bank statement content after your session ends.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use trusted service providers (Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). PDF files are stored in secure, isolated environments. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You have the right to access and correct the data we hold about you.
We use limited cookies to maintain your login session and language preferences. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
